Be a Transition Hero

I’ve got another article up on, this one about how to help guide your company through transition periods.  While it is written from the perspective of a marketer shifting from traditional marketing to marketing 2.0, the same could be applied to almost any internal transition.  Understand how people react, plan for it, and you will have greater success in trying to make big changes.  The information in this one was very useful to me through the last few weeks, as I am trying to make big changes myself.  Check out the article at
